Continuing Education - Our Pledge To You

In addition to the New York State mandated licensing recertification program, all of our staff are required to attend a minimum number of approved educational seminars designed to keep each of us abreast of the latest changes in this volatile industry environment. We encourage and reward self-study programs that enhance our expertise and contribute to a well-rounded knowledge of the subject matter at hand.

We also participate in specialized professional designation programs, such as Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). The ACSR designation is earned for attending five college-level seminars and passing a written examination - geared toward the customer service representative. The CPCU designation, considered by many to be the "Cadillac" of insurance degrees, consists of ten graduate level courses of advanced insurance topics, including a written examination following each semester long course.
